Yadvendradev Jhala

I received my M.Sc. at the University of Bombay, India, and later my Ph.D. at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, USA. For the past 25 years, I have been researching and teaching carnivore ecology and conservation biology. I am also experienced in telemetry, implementing large scale monitoring programs, capture and immobilization of wild carnivores, nutritional ecology and population ecology. I have conducted research on Asiatic lion, tiger, wolf, striped hyena, golden jackal, Indian fox, blackbuck, chital, rhinoceros, great Indian bustard and other Species.
