I have worked with the Nature Conservation Division of the Royal Government of Bhutan since 1993 and then as Park Director for Black Mountains National Park and Jigme Dorji National Park. Subsequently I have coordinated the Global Tiger Program for WWF-International for three years. Currently I work as the Executive Director for the Bhutan Foundation. My doctoral research work focused on snow leopards in Bhutan.
