I am Mitra Pandey from Nepal. I work as Conservation Manager at Third Pole Conservancy organization. I am currently serving as the coordinator of the Rusty-spotted Cat Working Group (RSCWG). I work with working group members across Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. I have completed an M.Sc. in Zoology from Nepal and an M.Sc. in Forest Ecology and Management from Germany. My academic background strongly supports my work in wild cat conservation. I also contribute to the Global Wild Cat Monitoring Program. My role focuses on cross country coordination, species monitoring and promoting science-based conservation actions to protect the small wild cats.
