I am Ganga Ram Regmi from Nepal. I completed my and my MSc in Zoology from Nepal and MSc in Primate Conservation from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK. I am the Founder and Director of Nepal-based NGO “Third Pole Conservancy”. From 2014 to 2019, I served as the Project Director of the Nepal Snow Leopard Project that was funded by Snow Leopard Conservancy, USA where I was mentored by Dr Rodney Jackson and worked with local communities to promote coexistence between Snow leopard and local communities. I am the Coordinator of "Clouded Leopard Working Group" which works for the research and conservation of Clouded leopard, Marbled cat and Asian golden cat in South and South-east Asia. I am also the part of “Global Wild Cat Monitoring Program”. I am also the member of "Manul Working Group" where I serve as the Regional Coordinator for the Himalayas.
