I have been involved in snow leopard research in Nepal since 2018, mostly focusing on habitat use patterns, movement ecology, dietary behavior, and prey abundance. I also served as a technical team member for their population count surveys since 2019 including the radio-collaring of snow leopards in 2021. My interest in wild cats also led me to work with leopards for a short period of time. I am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of New Hampshire, USA, where my project focuses on wildlife behavior, monitoring, and habitat use patterns using animal vocalizations and bioacoustics.
