Rodrigo Medellin

I am a Senior Professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)´s Institute of Ecology. I work on the spatial ecology, trophic ecology, and conservation of cats, bats and other mammals in Mexico and 16 other countries. I co-coordinated Mexico´s first National Jaguar Census and I have participated in others. I am Board Member of Mexico´s Jaguar Alliance and of the Latin American Jaguar Conservation Alliance. I work on big cats. My work has been featured in various documentaries for the BBC, National Geographic, and other production houses. I am a National Geographic Explorer-At-Large.
