I have been working with captive wild cats for over 20 years, gaining varying lengths of husbandry experience with over 30 species. My work has taken me to Zoos and Sanctuaries globally to build on my knowledge of species specific behaviours and husbandry techniques.

I oversee the monitoring programme for the caracal across the European Zoo region (EAZA) including coordinating the studbook for the Asiatic caracal. In my own time i am the Ambassador of the Rusty Spotted Cat Working Group and a volunteer for the Cheetah Conservation Fund UK

Conservation through Education is a huge passion of mine, and i am keen to highlight the collaborative work of zoos, field conservation programmes and specialist groups.
