I am currently Chair of the Snow Leopard Network and am involved in planning, training and field projects on the snow leopard at range-wide level and in China, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. I am an Associate Lecturer in the Division of Biology and Conservation Ecology at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. I am a member of the IUCN Red List Committee, member of the IUCN Species Planning Sub-committee and Co-Chair of the IUCN/SSC Antelope Specialist Group, and a member of three other SSC specialist groups.
