_Prionailurus bengalensis_ is divided into 12 subspecies from India and Southeast Asia to Russia, which vary clearly in appearance . Among them, _P. b. euptilurus_ is reported to inhabit Manchuria, the northeastern part of China, East Russia, Tsushima Islands of Japan, and Korea. A total of 280 fecal samples were collected between June 2006 and July 2007. We combined whole data set from the sampling sites to show the general patterns of food habits of leopard cats in Korea. A total of 436 prey items from 17 taxa were identified from the fecal sample. Rodentia was the most common with 90% frequency of occurrence, followed by plants (29.3%), birds (14.3%), insects (4.6%), and reptiles (3.9%). Amphibians comprised <1% of the prey items.
