It is extremely likely that at present the Russian Far East is the only place where Oriental Ginseng can be found in the wild. Unfortunately, during the last few decades, we have been faced with degradation of natural populations of wild ginseng. The main reasons for this are overharvesting of the resource, exploitation of timbers, and fishes. |
