Cat communities in six areas of the state of SÆo Paulo, southeastern Brazil, with observations on their feeding habits
1997  Series

For ten years the presence of wild cat species was monitored in four of Atlantic rain forest and two areas of subtropical forest in the State of SÆo Paulo, Brazil. The jaguar was detected in the three largest study areas of Atlantic rain forest (140,000; 82,000 and 22,500 ha) and the puma was detected in five of the study areas (one of them possibly corresponding to a wandering specimen).
