A regional plan for managing and conserving Mesoamerican felids
1997  CBSG News (8): 10-11

Summary of the results of the workshop held at the Simon Bolivar Zoo in San Jose, Costa Rica, in 1997. The workshop sought to refine existing Conservation Assessment and Management Planning (CAMP) data and recommendations and address issues relating to Mesoamerican felids in nature and zoos. Recommended actions were increased research to provide baseline information, improvement of communication and cooperation, creation of a regional fund, and implementation of coordinated captive management measures.
