Moreno, F.P.
Management plan for Perito National Park
2016  Full Book

It is important that the implementation of the management plan is capitalized as a continuous learning process which, through monitoring and evaluation, can improve the next planning phase. This allows you to take action to adjust actions and thus meet the proposed objectives. During this evaluation some questions were asked, such as: Are we achieving the changes and improvements proposed in the management plan? Are the proposed strategies as effective as we expected? Are the planned activities being implemented? To assess compliance with the actions, compliance indicators were formulated, those that are developed in the sheets presented in section 6 (pages 186-231). The final evaluation, at the end of the temporal scope of this plan, will be carried out by means of a participatory process in order to measure whether the formulated objectives were achieved. To this end, a structure of result indicators was defined, which basically constitutes the goal of each objective of the plan, which were presented in chapter N§6: objectives and strategic lines of the plan (pp.173-185).
