The Biodiversity Company (TBC) was appointed by Jones & Wagener (Pty) Ltd. to conduct a scoping assessment of biodiversity associated with the proposed Eloff Substation expansion and powerline deviation in Mpumalanga. The biodiversity field survey was conducted on the 23rd January 2018. This report, after taking into consideration the findings and recommendation provided by the specialists herein, should inform and guide the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) and regulatory authorities, enabling informed decision making, as to the ecological viability of the proposed project. |
