Annual Report 2007
2007  Full Book

The Annual Report for the year 2007 from the Centre for the Recovery of Endangered Species (NACRES), an NGO active in Georgia and South Caucasus: the monitoring of large mammals with remote sensing cameras in Vashlovani National Park continued throughout 2007. The famous leopard Noah repeatedly appeared, and for the first time was also photographed during summer. Previously it was hypothesized that this male left the area during summer and went to Azerbaijan, where more prey was available in the summer months. Other projects concerned the brown bear and the Eurasian otter in Georgia.
