The Felidae, consisting of the Pantherinae and Felinae, belong to the most endangered animal groups. Of the 36 species registered in the IUCN Red List, the population of 30 is decreasing, and various subspecies are in danger of extinction. The pamphlet covers in more detail the cheetah, Iberian lynx, lion, leopard, tiger, and the leopard cat. |
