First camera trap record of the Malayan sun bear from Assam, Northeast India

A two-year camera-trapping survey of carnivores in the Jeypore Dehing landspace, Assam, India, recorded the first record of the Malayan sun bear from Assam. Sympatric large carnivores in the Jeypore Reserve Forest (108 sq.km) include tiger, leopard, clouded leopard and wild dog.
