The principal aim of this study was to investigate how samango monkeys (_Cercopithecus mitis erythrarchus_) strategically balance the foraging/risk trade-off when exposed to spatially and temporally varying resources and risk. Potential predators present include amongst others caracal, serval and African wildcat.
